A: Whichever gives you the best stats.
Q: Which stats should I go for?
Short Answer:
Grinding - +Dmg > +sta
Raid - +hit (up to 16%) > +dmg > +crit > +sta > +int (crit more important to Dest; all builds need for proccing Improved Shadow Bolt)
PvP - +sta = +resilience > +dmg/crit/hit (up to 4%)/penetration

A: The current debuff limit is set to 40. I don’t believe the current Blizzard UI allows you to see all 40 debuffs at the same time, but they’re there.
Q: How do curses and/or DoTs stack?
